Campus Wallet is for families with college-aged students. To create a parent account, you must be 18 or older. Student accounts are created through a parent-initiated invite — students must be 18 or older to confirm their account independently.
By using Campus Wallet, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you're authorized to set up accounts for the people in your family.
Campus Wallet is a planning and tracking tool. It helps students log spending, set weekly budgets, and track savings. It is not a bank, a payment processor, or a financial advisor.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you think someone has accessed your account without permission, change your password immediately and let us know at campusbudgetapp@gmail.com.
Each family has one parent account and one student account. You can't share accounts between multiple families or use the same account for multiple students (multi-student support is on our roadmap).
Please use Campus Wallet as intended. You agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that misuse the service.
Campus Wallet is currently free for all users. We plan to introduce a paid tier in the future with additional features. When we do:
The data you enter in Campus Wallet belongs to you. We don't claim ownership of your spending records, family configurations, or anything else you create in the app.
If you delete your account, we'll delete your data within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture on how we handle your information.
We work hard to keep Campus Wallet running reliably, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. We're a small team and things occasionally break. If something goes wrong, we'll fix it as quickly as we can and communicate through email if the outage is significant.
We may update the app from time to time — adding features, fixing bugs, or changing how things work. We'll let you know about major changes that affect how you use the product.
We've built Campus Wallet carefully, but we can't be held responsible for financial decisions made based on information in the app, inaccurate data you've entered, or service interruptions beyond our control.
Campus Wallet is a tool to help families have better conversations about money. It's not a substitute for financial planning advice.
You can delete your account at any time by emailing campusbudgetapp@gmail.com. We can also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, though we'd always rather work things out first.
If we make significant changes to these terms, we'll notify you by email before they take effect. Continued use of Campus Wallet after that constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
If you have questions about these terms, something feels unfair, or you just want to talk — we're at campusbudgetapp@gmail.com. We're real people and we respond.
